[操作疑難] Synology video station

請問下現時是否都解決不到在Video station 睇mkv file?  因小弟用MacOS, 都裝了VLC 試過都解決不到, 另外在Iphone 都一樣不support.  有無高手指教一下. 謝謝

WEB PLAYER好似係播唔到, 直接用MPLAYER經FILE MANAGER應該OK

    It's  prompt "Failed to play video because the file format of the currently selected audio track is not supported. Please try another available option to see if it can supported"

用開 plex, 裝 ffmpeg 對 transcoding 會唔會有幫助?
