Qnap NAS 更換Harddisk (static volume)

I have a 2 bay QNAP NAS.  One is 300GB with static volume.  The other one is 4TB with legacy volume.  The 300GB hard disk did not work and replaced to a new 1TB.  After switch on the NAS, I cannot read the data inside 4TB hard disk.  May I know how to recover the 4TB data?  Thanks in advance.

system volume 是安裝在 300G harddisk? 當你換成 1TB 後,是重新setup NAS 嗎?
如是,你可把 4TB 先拔出,重新setup NAS 後關機,再接上 4TB, 然後開機,應可睇得番D data.
還是攪唔掂,開 ticket 搵support 幫手。

Thank you very much.

Yes, I did the same as you mentioned.  I reinstall the system to 1TB. Then insert back the 4TB to QNAP.  Open file station, it show the disk name but no individual folder.  The data is still in 4TB as the used capacity show 3TB.  That is only 1TB space left.

I submit a ticket but it seems that they don't know what happened.  I also sent the log file to QNAP.

I know how to retrieve the old data.  I have to recreate the shared folder name (same as before) in order to read my old data.  Thanks all.
