買左Plex Pass 之後咩Video 都Play 唔到, Server not Powerful, 求救!

尋日未買Plex Pass 之前好地地, 咩video都play 到, 只係untick 左個Direct Play.

今日買左Plex Pass 之後就話我 "The server is not powerful enough to play file", 無論2160p 同1080p 都唔得. 我係錯左d 咩setting?

而家用緊Synology DS716+ ii , 8GB Ram

求救

   你應該係用 browser 去 play video, 你只要 untick  返個 "enable HDR tone mapping" 同 "Disable video stream transcoding" 就得, 因為HDR tone mapping 未ready住。暫時只support 4K HW transcode

direct play 係由player 本身部機去解碼, 部device 越勁越順。我都買咗終身Plex Pass, 寧願用軟解都唔用硬解，因為用軟解或direct play仲順。

Untick 左個hardware acceleration 就得啦而家.
即係我部機用唔到硬解......

用direct play 即係直接play 本身個quality, 所以會好慢.. 係唔係咁?
