[操作疑難] 將Synology Diskstation做VPN server

唔知有冇師兄試過Synology J系NAS 裝VPN Server?

睇資料J系NAS平時播Video都係入門級，如果用嚟比英國親友VPN返嚟睇Viu影響大唔大？

如果J系效能唔夠，唔知去到邊個系列好啲？感謝

建議真係上到 PLUS....

VPN SERVER我會建議 ROUTER做到俾ROUTER做.....

唔該晒師兄，但如果用Plus系列同 router(eg. Synology)比較，兩者做VPN server既能力會唔會都係router好好多？

無試過，但應該夠睇video. 亦可以考慮用docker行vpn server

Your speed is more likely to be limited by the network between UK and HK than the Synology itself. I have both DS216+II and Pi4 set up as VPN server and the connection from Europe got similar results of 200ms, 80Mbps, while HK guest can reach up to 6ms and saturated my 200M broadband. But I recommend a dedicated Pi4 as you can use Wireguard instead of OpenVPN, and it costs much less than a Synology
