I have 2 NAS one Buffulo and just buy one QNAP can I use both NAS on 1 router ??

當然可以，如果唔想分開咁多嘢，亦可以考慮 remote mount SMB/NFS share 去一部 NAS 搞掂佢

同一個 network subset

192.168.0.1 - 192.168.0.255

可以派到 254 粒 ip 比 電腦 / devices 用.

好似 第1粒 IP 比 DHCP Sever 用
最尾個粒 用作 broadcasting

The correct title should be 2 NAS in 1 Network.
2 NAS in 1 Computer System sounds like you want to build two VM NAS in one computer.

For your question, dds ching has answered you. You have to set a static IP for your NAS in your router's dhcp server. Also, it is suggested to exclude the static IP in the DHCP server range.
For example, if you set the two NAS IP as 192.168.200.30 and 192.168.200.39, your DHCP server IP range should be 192.168.200.40-192.168.200.199
