Use a third-party uninstaller (eg. REVO Uninstaller) and see if that works

以前高登答案"format c:"
(以上純搞笑，我覺得，睇下軟件有冇自帶既uninstaller；　如果無，就試下第３方；如果都唔得，就唔理佢；　但如果覺得好唔順眼，一定要刪左佢，只能用高登答案了)

而家冇人裝風行, 你可試下再裝一次再正常 uninstall, 唔得就一係停 services 擺佢係到, 一係就 clean install OS
