公司部電腦， 用 windows 10 prof. , 抽入手指後， 部電腦完全冇反應， 唔顯示隻手指， 我冇 admin right , 有乜辦法可以用到手指呢

再唔係冒下險抄上cloud

細公司：靜靜雞叫人喺control usb 個server 開番

而家情況係部電腦唔可以上網， 所以連 cloud 都用唔到， 只可以收 email

Are you sure the USB ports are indeed being admin-locked, or it's the USB port that is developing contact problem inside?
The latter could happen when the USB port has been subjected to multiple plugs and unplugs
