請問各位大大, Ford Fiesta 夠期想換波箱油, 大家知道有車房識換嗎?
問過好多間都話無相應油可以換, 番原廠又勁遠係油塘.....

Those shops just dont bother to work on a Ford, but it is a good thing if they dont have factory spec they will only f-up the car.
You did not specify the model , year and displacement of your car.
So I can only let you choose yourself with my assumptions:

Ford IB5 5 / 1
2.3 L
40000 KM/ 24 M

Ford B6 6 / 1
2.4 L
20000 KM/ 12 M

For the above purposes, I see Mo-brand fluid is recommended and quite common on street.
