[教學] dual boot archlinux + win7 (two disks)

found an old disk with win7 which can be booted ok (usb is not working but can be fixed by enable compatible mode in bios). the disk contains usual setup (microsoft basic data, efi, reserve and more basic data). the archlinux setup is efi, swap and linux (single partition for / and efi is mounted under /boot/efi).
1) in order to dual boot archlinux and win7, microsoft efi is mounted under /boot/efi.
2) remember to edit /etc/fstab for the change.
3) according to this https://wiki.archlinux.org/index ... GPT_Mode_menu_entry , i will put the win7 entry in /etc/grub.d/40.custom, so win7 will appear in grub.
4) re-run grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
5) re-run grub-install (e.g. grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=XXXX)
6) reboot the computer and adjust the boot order in bios so XXXX will boot first.
that's it.
