MS office 2010 update

dear all,office using office 2010

is it posisble if the office updated some patch, in the Windows update box, it will not show?

because I just checked the website,

If updated this patch in last week, the Excel will crash..., one of my user have this problem too.
But strange, I have a new install excel 2010, but didn't apply this patch, but seem still have same problem, so will  it installed by auto but will not show in windows update history?
By the way, my new Excel 2010 only updated to Office SP2 by download the patch from MS. not by auto
