簡單，易用。拔除，插入。
佢有內置電池。
最大風險係，佢Rebuite緊果時，再死兩隻。

beyond raid? 如果死左, 有3rd party 識得rescue 嗎?

如果你話硬件死咗，就只能買過部新機，放翻啲碟入去，唔洗Rebuild。佢會當係機換機咁。
DAS 佢一係建基於 HSF+ 一係就NTFS
如果話 Beyond raid 解體，咁耐已嚟無係老外網見到。

Assuming all 8 Bays are currently populated with Drives. And now you want to reduce the number of drives to 5 HDD.

1) With the unit ON and NOT in any rebuilding state (flashing Green/Yellow)
2) Unit MUST NOT also be in any rebooting loop
3) Then eject ONE drive out of the 8D. Unit will begin to rebuild with remaining drives
4) Wait for all bays with drives to turn back to Green
5) Then repeat steps 3 and 4 until you are left with 5 Drives inside Drobo

BEYOND RAID直到今日仍然有人用, 畢竟時間係金錢.

當然, 補救方法唔平, 我投放前, 知道UFS EXPLORER PRO可以應付突發情況. 當然, 定時備份, 買新機可能更抵, 因為 工具市價600歐.

如果, DROBO唔夾你口味, ZFS中既RAID-Z或者接近你需要. 不過, 設定需時

該只是一個方便用法. 如果要實做,唔易. 當然, 搞好後下一個就會到RAID-Z

自己就唔太好 RAID，因為家用真心未覺得有迫切需要

不過真係要用嘅時候，一定係用黎做啲要 High Availability Server 會揀 RAID 1 / RAID 10 ，其它應該唔會考慮

而家 iMac 用 Akitio Quad X 4 Bay，佢有提供 SoftRAID 不過冇諗過用（因為用咗就唔可以用 Mac 天生提供個加密格式）

現在 4 隻 SSD
System MacOS: 1TB
Window 10 for gaming: 512GB
VM: 512GB
Data: 2TB (相片/影片多)

最後 1 隻 6TB HDD 做 Time machine Backup 哂所有野  

自己覺得 System Disk 會先行 RAID，放啲不常用嘅 Data 用自動 Backup 方式已足夠
