What can I do? MHDD scan my hard disk with lots of error!!!

As title.
My old EIDE HD has problem.  It will hang my system during low-level format.

Then I use MHDD to SCAN the harddisk.  There are many "S" (IDNF) shown on screen.   Any C-Hings know what is it?   Can it be fixed?   If so, how to done that in MHDD?   

P.S.  Just want to recovery my HD, all data can be removed.

No.  I just want to fix my harddisk.  All data can be removed.
