    多謝師兄,我都是幫人問,因數量很多,用快圖美的話會很多錢,也不敢勞煩師兄啦
現試找找原本攝錄機,如還能操作的話,我會用軟件幫他轉檔案格式.

量多的話, 睇下好唔好彩買到部二手既VHS + DVD-RAM二合一機
可以直接VHS轉做DVD, 方便好多

好彩搵倒部 DV Device play 番D DV 帶, 可以用部舊機 I7 2600K 16G ram(貪佢重有Firewire Port 做input) ,唔知用 Cyberlink PowerDirector 14 LE 可唔可以轉倒 Mepg 2/Mpg 4 呢?
有冇師兄用開PowerDirector呀?  可否告知一二? 謝謝

How about the quality of around $12X USB capture cable? I also want to convert the DV tape to mp4 H.264 compress. For NTSC system DV cam recorded video there is no problem for me, you can also use win10 movie maker for simple conversion & editing. But I have some PAL version DV cam recorded video, the video was found abnormal when I use IEE1394 connected to the PC. How can I fix it?
