10700 vs 3700X 性能大家差不多
但10代LGA-1200只是短暫， Ryzen還可用Zen3 4代4700X

It depends what software you are using. AI & stock analysis are too broad, huge difference from amateur to professional traders. :)

I highly recommend using Intel for machine learning. The iGPU can help you to free up VRAM for machine learning. I.e., you should connect your display to the iGPU, and use GPU only for Machine Learning.
Ryzen 4000 APU is also ok, but only 8x PCIE lanes which is a problem.

For GPU, you would like to have a RTX card such that you can use Nvidia APEX to speed up over 2X when you go from FP32 to FP16. GTX cards don't have this functionality.

10700有iGPU，呢個好重要，可以確保Desktop Environment唔會食GPU VRAM。
Ryzen 4000 APU得PCIE 3 x8
10代LGA-1200應該可以升上11代，Ryzen宜家都係升多一代上Zen3，呢度打和
如果樓主budget多啲一定玩
