當right click 一個exe, 有d程式會出現locale emulator, 有d則不會
同埋發現locale emulator無一個界面可以比你指定開某個程式

根據作者的說明, Locale Emulator 只支持32 bit程序, 如果exe本身係64 bit就無解.

或者可以試試Drag and Drop想run果個exe落LEProc.exe, 睇下work唔work.
