Wondering how long should I run MemTest to prove that my RAMs are stable

I've overclocked the system, and it passed prime95 for 48 hours, using 5120MB of RAM (I have 6GB in total).
But in daily uses, the system still crashes like, once a week. This didn't happen before the overclock, so I assume that it is caused by my overclock.
Now I'm wondering if there's a chance that the RAM might still be unstable, and I know that I should try stressing them with memtest. But I don't really know how long I should run it though, so I'm here to ask...

Thanks C-Hings!

pop it thru mem test 3-500% and it should be fine

48hours is a lot of prime95...
