Yes, wanna buy the new Liteon m3m msata ssd as the system drive and use the original 500gb hdd as the data drive. But I am not sure whether x230t supports Liteon m3m msata ssd or not. I don't want to buy Intel 310 80gb msata ssd as it is too expensive and the size is too not large enough.

Thank you very much, Ching. The material is very helpful. But it does not mention which msata ssd it supports. Cam I assume that it supports any brand of msata ssd, just like a typical hdd?

but 如果default出廠時有的,都support(I guess)

btw

mSATA = sata with mini pci-e interface = sata
so
may support most of the brand and does not require FRU

師兄可以搜尋"X220+mata",
因X220同X230的基本結構是一樣的..
PS: X220/T,X230/T 根據小弟所知,只是行sata2(3Gb)....
