Viutv畫質一問

各位C Hing
話說睇viutv日劇韓劇及sailor moon時發現個畫面並不流暢,
覺得係每播2秒就跳1秒, 但沒有爆格或定格,
但其他節目就好順暢, 例如自家制節目, 廣告, 新聞, talk show都冇問題,
我check過訊號強度同品質都98%以上,
我房部22" LG, 同廳部32" SONY都係咁(兩部機都係買左唔夠1年), 只限VIUTV某些節目不暢順.
請問係電視唔夠力還是VIUTV本身問題?

香港廣播基本上係50格但人地係60格. 有部份地方可能唔太好但確保夾口形冇走音.

Agree.  It's likely caused by frame rate conversion.

Anime like Sailor Moon Crystal is drawn at an even lower frame rate.  So from the source to broadcast in HK, more than one conversion is needed.  Every conversion impacts the smoothness.

    如果係每秒格數問題﹐用家無得攪。

原片60格﹐電視台要轉做50格﹐在轉換過程出現跳格之類情況。
之後再廣播出街﹐出街的訊號已經係50格 (即係已經係有問題的片源做廣播)﹐即係發射站開始已經係50格﹐片已經轉換了﹐所以用家無得攪。

From the source to broadcast, I guess the content may have been converted more than once due to logistics reasons, intermediaries, or standard procedures of the companies and the different departments involved.

Secondly, there are different frame rate conversion algorithms that result in different perceived smoothness.  Magic TV used to advertize smooth frame rate conversion from 50Hz content to 60Hz display (for Japan TV and computer monitors).

其實要睇用咩方法做conversion, 同埋係片主做定係電視台做

要視乎佢個converter點set, TVB統一用blend convert所以畫面流暢, 但換來的就係會有殘影
ViuTV/now就幾乎每個節目都不同, 24格片源的話多數就每秒停一格, 有時係每半秒停半格, 甚至直上25格快播都有。60i片源有時試過直接用刪格數去50i搞到畫面跳格跳得好犀利
