係美國 8 月已經出咗, 國際版應該永遠唔會有

我自己就直接上 XDA 買改造機 (俾錢佢地->佢地買部返黎改->寄俾你)
再唔係自己係外國買, 自已落鴨記買架餐改

I can help you get a photon q brand new. getting a used one with a bad esn will be about $100 cheaper But it might take a few weeks to get.
I can unsolder it all for you so its ready for a sim reader but i dont have any micro sim readers.
this process of buying/modding and so on might take a while as i would have to find one on ebay, get it shipped to me then out to you(few weeks).
new one would be about 400+ship to hk and it would be a week to get one plus shipping to me then shipping out to you.
