I mean the component selections are strange. But I don't suggest you to mod it further as the cap values are different.

Line output cap (near the phone jack) is better using e-cap (bucket shape, bigger cap value).

LPF output cap (in the middle) is better using ceramic cap (yellow solid, smaller cap value).

If you like TI chip, you may use OPA1612 or OPA1622 to replace OPA627. They are newer and with better ratings. They are good for line driver. But I find them not very musical.
