1/ I do not mean the record is wrong. But I just quires about the level of their quality of works. Even their existing portfolio is nothing special or even no good
2/ every people buy from them, doesn't means their website delivered is good.
3/ the point is what's the quality of this web designer firm provide with.
From your previous post, it seems you cannot find any good web designer in Hong Kong, that force you to find oversea web designer.
If that's the quality you are looking for, sorry, I over estimated your request of quality.
With that quality,  no need to find a good web designer, many web designer in Hong Kong can made this easily.
