And our wifi issue
did you try to use another device to connect the same wifi for test?
Normally, my wifi connection will have 12 - 18Mb / sec
I have taobao a tablet before
also have the wifi problem
finally figure out that is defective hardware
I think you better ask your seller for help (But you already flashed another rom......)

** Wifi have a lock logo mean the wifi have security requested, not public wifi **
