have u set debug option ON?
have u install correct driver in FASTboot mode?

1) power off your phone completely
2) press volume + and -  together, then press power button
3) you will see VEGA bootloader menu
4) press volume down to select  "FASTBOOT", then press POWER button
5) then you are in FASTBOOT mode
6) Check your windows device manager, see any driver missing
7) if ok then issue:

fastboot devices

it will confirm whether your computer connected with A880s OK or not
8) if ok then issue:

fastboot flash boot a880sroot.img

9) then after ok, issue:

fastboot reboot
