You can also use the CWM recovery method, which is still working fine and easy to root as well.
The step is basically following:

Download the CWM image for A880 from that chinese webite and also Chainfire's Superuser v1.65, save the UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.65.zip into your internal storage

a) Remember to activate the USB debug as mentioned in 1st page
b) Power off A880s
c) Press Vol+ and Vol- and Power   (at the same time)
d) While you will entering bootloader, press Vol- to select FASTBOOT, then Press Power button to confirm
e) In your PC, unzip your download of CWM zip if there is any .bat file for loading the image, or simply open the Windows Command Prompt to run the following thing:
fastboot.exe boot CWM_A880S.img  (The file name may be different depends what img you have)

f) If your phone has USB debug mode on, now it should be able to load the CWM image (This process just like 開機disk)
g) Load the UPDATE_SuperSU-v1.65zip (which should be in your internal storage) I am even more lazy, there is an option in CWM called sideload. i.e. I can directly load the zip from PC. The steps as following:
1) After booting into CWM, choose the option to load the zip and there is an option called sideload)
2) Open Windows command prompt
3) from your CWM zip, there should be adb.exe and related dll files
4) run "adb server on"  (Enable the server(pc) for connection with your mobile(client)
5) run "adb sideload UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.65.zip"
The file should upload to the file and being executed immediately. You can proceed to follow the steps on your mobile to reboot.
