Hello,

I would like to know the price of one sample 8Bay NAS system.

Is it come with power supply unit? What is the max power of PSU?
The photo looks like the NAS uses 1U PSU but description shows its power is DC12V. Which one is correct?
Is it a barebone system and I only need to to prepare the RAM and bootdisk?

Also is it possible to customize the boot logo? Will your company sell replacement motherboard and parts for maintenance?
I would like to know the shipping fee to Hong Kong.

Thanks for your inquiry on Nas system.

1.Power supply for 4 bay system is 12v 5A power adapter.While it is 1U 220V PSU if 8bay. Sorry for the confusion.

2.The 8 Bay barebone including Power supply,Case and motherboard.You only need to prepare the ram and bootdisk. Also we can provide RAM and SSD too.

3.It is ok to customize the boot logo for you. We sell replacement motherboard and parts for maintenance.We are manufacture of motherboard,Mini pc and network appliance.

4.As to the shipping cost,Could you please let me know how many set of the barebone you want?

Dear Terry,

As my system request RAID10 with minimum 2 hot swap disks and 1 SSD cache, the 4 Bay model is not suitable for it.
