我覺得用完python，絕對番吾到轉頭。太多工具，好小既code就解決到好多問題，我覺得vba 都算易學，python仲易用，而且出黎效率比vba 好好 多。

No, if you need to process CSV, you don't need to install Excel. A freshly installed Windows already has the command in Powershell:

$a = import-csv data.csv

then $a is an array of records from the CSV. 樓主 can try to run the above command in Powershell prompt (but I'm not sure about the performance).

    我識sql ，不過可用到既工具只有excel, vba , python , powershell(完全吾識)

樓上都有CHING講咗PYTHON + SQLITE
其他都唔係DB工具，如果數據量大，相對會食RAM同慢囉
