[測試] Intel SSD 320 G3 160GB Raid 0 測試，附Intel SSD 320詳細規格及新增功能說明

繼前日的Intel SSD 320 120GB後，昨日又手多多入多兩隻160GB，目前手上的SSD基本已經換得七七八八，下一次要再換SSD可能要等到傳說中的Intel 522 SandForce Controller SSD了。

Intel G3已正式改名為Intel SSD 320，但包裝盒和G2並沒有大分別，甚至連所用的Controller也一樣，SSD型號結尾仍採用G3為Product Code。

測試環境：Intel Core i5 2400 on ASUS H67 SATA 6Gb/s Port

先來就是單隻Intel SSD 320 120GB的HD Tune Read測試，最高連續讀取速度為269MB/s







HD Tune Write測試，最高連續寫入速度為170MB/s

之前唔係話25nm SSD會較34nm的短命嗎? 但現在睇黎Intel的G3 160GB和G2 160GB都一樣可以寫到15TB, 咁即係Intel已有辦法克服25nm既壽命問題?

另外對G3既新功能Enhanced Power-Loss Data Protection好有興趣, 如果Intel可以將呢個功能加埋入其他系列就更加好
