Anybody still have this program「筆聖」?

使用滑鼠作筆的手寫輸入法工具——「筆聖」or is there any program that can use the touch pad to 模擬手寫版之用??  I don't know how to use the other input method like 倉頡 etc.
Please advise.

MS office內有一個可以用mouse代替手寫板的

windows xp 注音輸入法內置手寫功能

TCL有個叫魔法手指，我而家用緊
不過唔知支唔支援繁體

我用繁體XP裝左，但寫繁簡體字都出唔岩字…
