Help! Urgent on Microsoft Frontpage 2003 Link Bars

Hi, does anyone know if the Link Bars (Web Component) feature of MS Frontpage 2003 can be used with Frame Pages?

For example, if there is a Frames Page of 2 pages, left.htm and right.htm,

Can I put the link bars on the left.htm, so when the user clicks on the link the content will be displayed on the right? If so, how to define the navigational structure?

(I know a simpler way is to use the traditional html hyperlink instead, but I need to know specifically whether it can be used with Link bars)
