有時D 機就死, support team D 同事又知,
但係唔直接clone 晒所有野去新機,

Real Server or Fake Server?
For Real Server , usually running RAID and is NOT easy to clone......
For Fake Server, if it's running just ONE HDD, is easy to clone, but have down time for most of the case

7h1r733n is right, end user ALWAYS think, why my files is not fully copied to new server.
So, IT team ALWAYS let user backup their data.
