MTV9600D 1TB版昨晚壞了Harddisk

上年6月底買的,昨晚上在錄影明珠台中途突然部機吱吱咁嘈,打開電視睇下,原來話harddisk error,宜家仲未過保,咁要點樣處理啊? 唔該晒

唔該晒師兄,原來宜家要自己寄courier過去,如果自己換harddisk,又可唔可以呢?

Please try another power supply first (if you have one).

Please call 2655-6700 and arrange for sending the MTV unit and the power supply.

The warranty covers replacement of HDD.  Replacing the HDD yourself will void the warranty, and the cost of a HDD is higher than the shipping cost.

明白,唔該晒師兄,部機直接顯示沒沒有harddisk,咁係咪都換隻牛試咗先呢?
(如果保養包埋harddisk,咁樣絕對係揾順豐寄過去最化算,謝謝)

Yes.

You may also try "Check and Repair System HDD" function - but it's probably not going to be useful if you heard strange noise from HDD before.

師兄,你講呢個琴晚都試過,佢load一陣就話no harddisk

已經聯絡咗magic tv,維修部話要帶埋主機,火牛,影印單,再用一張紙寫低姓名,電話,地址同埋部機有咩問題,然後一齊貼喺部機度,再寄過去俾佢地,大約三-四天就會寄返轉頭,講返俾有需要既師兄知道,唔該晒咁多位師兄

師兄你好,琴晚將房另一部mtv3300既牛(其實個A數得1A)插去呢部mtv9600d(原火牛係3A),完全無晒問題,harddisk出返嚟,睇嚟係mtv9600d隻牛唔得喇,我部9600d係2019年6月買,用咗8個月,隻牛就唔得,2,3千蚊部機點解俾隻咁差火牛啊? 想問下保養係咪應該包埋隻火牛呢? 唔該晒

1. Original power supply for MTV3300D is "meikai" 12V 3.0A.  If yours is 1A, it is not original.

2. Warranty covers the power supply.  However, due to shipping costs, wait time and the trouble involved I suggest this:
