[操作疑難] Netvigator Fiber - Huawei modem problem?

Hi

For quite some time, my Netvigator Fiber connection would break, and I needed to turn the Huawei modem off and on to regain connection.

Recently, I tested the Asus router dual WAN function (with failback), and noticed something unexpected.

After a Netvigator disconnection, the 2nd WAN (USB 4G in this case) would take over. However, when failback operated and the router tried to regain the previous connection, the Netvigator line would connect and then disconnect, with the 1st WAN status changing from disconnected -> hot-standby -> connected -> cold-standby -> hot-standby -> connected.

Sometimes, this connected-disconnected process would repeat itself a few times before the Netvigator connection was finally re-established.

Does this suggest a Huawei modem hardware issue? Has any CHing come across anything similar? Could this instead be a Netvigator server problem?

Thanks in advance!

Some Ching share here and read from some article the Asus router dual wan function is unstable. Try not use dual wan see whether problem still exists.
