shopping mall wifi cannot access

recently using my mobile android 8.0 chrome, when I go to some shopping mall public wifi

it will show this screen, so I cannot access any now. I remember, it will show your the 'agree' ' cancel' button or login button if normal.
I clicked 'connect webpage' , but still same.
any idea what I need to do? It happened from end of nov.

Hauwei P10 lite.

試了firefox. can go login page
