請問以下配置能否運作? 定係一定要L3 Switch?

Fortigate 50E
Link Agg (lan4 and lan5)
5 X VLAN Interface (10, 11, 12, 13, 248)
Zone (include all VLAN Interface)

Windows Server 2019 (with DHCP Server installed)
VLAN configured with SuperScope
VLAN 10 - 10.10.10.0/24
VLAN 11 - 10.10.11.0/24
VLAN 12 - 10.10.12.0/24
VLAN 13 - 10.10.13.0/24
VLAN 248 - 10.10.248.0/21

Cisco L2 Switch
Trunk port to Fortigate 50E
access port to VLAN 10 (DHCP)
access port other VLANs

From DHCP Server
Can ping all VLAN
Cannot ping 8.8.8.8

From DHCP Client
Cannot retrieve IP Address
