Since the fonts setting is a bit blur on my screen, I use following method to make it better:
Run terminal,
wget  http://avi.alkalay.net/software/ ... ts-3.0-1.noarch.rpm
rpm -i webcore-fonts-3.0-1.noarch.rpm
Start->Run Command->Kcontrol

You need to restart the program to see the new effects.

btw, the picture is captured by Run Command->Ksnapshot.

i'm using a Vmware workstation 6.0.  The latest is 6.5 I think.  You need to mount the ISO in vmware setup when creating the new vm.  Then when you start up the vm, press ESC to go into boot menu to select boot from the virtuall cdrom.

Yes, I think the latest one is VMware Workstation 6.5.2 which I am using with.

Some usefull setting if you have the kernel reporting some timing problem or degraded voice.
