    好穩定地攞112字頭，速度都好穩定，無論出街出海定公海VPN返入嚟速度都好好，無謂搞咁多嘢。

點解人地會唔安心，一般市民發現自己modem,ip同時有異樣同平時用開狀況唔一樣都會驚自己條線有冇問題有冇比人利用啦，打去問又冇結果，不停試又唔得，哦如果ip有變動，喂人地擔心打來了解你同請返聲，咁人地咪乜事都冇囉，
自古亂帶帽呢啲行為好乞人憎。

其實佢真係可以回你一句：先生其實你而家上唔上到網？上到既話，ip既野我地唔須要同客戶交代

被限死係以上4種開啟ipv6後一定會拎嘅ipv4 ip,而開左ipv6就係會局限於以上4種ip無論 ...

    As suggested in #3 :

- You can't request for specific IP with ordinary household broadband subscription. If you need to hold a specific IP range you have to subscribe to fixed IP plan

And now your IPv6 problem is solved so I see no problem with Netvigator in your case.

    You may not like it but this is what you get from an ordinary household bb plan.

If you want guaranteed bandwidth to particular sites/AS or ping performance then you need a customized biz plan. I doubt if you are willing to pay its price though......
