如果少人用 (家用) , 就可能 i3 / Celeron 都夠造

    My setup is 2 VMs (ROS & UTM) on ESXi in 1 physical machine. The CPU needs to be powerful enough for such load. Intel J series or i3 series probably won't cut it.

Standalone UTM devices won't come with free household license so the TCO is much higher than DIY setup.

    It depends on how you set it up. Anti-virus, L7 filtering and DPI could be CPU intensive.
