According to our factory feedback, please be informed that when earbuds are placed in the charging case, they will drain a little bit of battery power permanently.
They stay in a very low-power standby state to ensure quick auto power-on and fast Bluetooth-reconnect when they are taken out.
In the standby state batteries should last at least 7 days before being drained empty when they are not used.
Therefore, it is recommended to recharge the MOMENTUM True Wireless once a week to ensure full battery level.
For the charging case, if the earbuds do not switch off when placed them in charging case.
Please be informed that the charging case must be needed to have some battery power left to detect that the ear buds are placed in the charging case and switch them off.
So when the charging case battery is empty, the earbuds will not be switched off automatically. This is the normal situation / condition for this headset.
If you still think the power of earbuds or charging case drop too fast (just stay within 1-2 days after fully charged);
