IMO and from the very beginning before I design my universal IEM mold,
I did some research about the sharp of outer ear of different people
for example:

different people have own shaped ear and size.

But in the structure of our ear, we have same elements such as
Concha, Tragus, Valley and Ear Canal, this 4 parts mainly to hold IEM mold,

So my mold need to consider this 4 part, how ear can hold it?

A part is mainly for ear valley
It's for balance when wear earphone including the cable and plug

B is the main body for me to insert different driver here,
and need to consider for ear concha & tragus, for some people's ear are small,
it cannot be too tight when wear a earphone, will get pain.
so my design provide more space here.

C part is for insert to ear canal, for me, this is the major part to stable the mold.
and acoustic performance such as isolation of noise.

Sure, some universal IEM mold don't have Part A & Part C was short,
the reason is for more people easy to wear.
But when Part C is long, IMO, Part A can improve to wear earphone,
to keep the right angle of part C into the ear canal.

    好難衡量只能夠話做得愈多愈抵玩咁
要俾既學費真係唔少，失敗一定會有，同埋每隻CM既手功同時間真係好大
