火牛發出"滋滋"聲

我的火牛是corsair vx 450w, 前幾日才買, 但唔知點解當按了開關掣開著火牛
就會有很細聲的"滋滋"聲, 關了就沒有,
而且影響了speaker 都有很細聲的"滋滋"聲, 但入了window 就沒有

請問我的火牛是出現什麼問題? 怎樣解決? 謝謝

D滋滋聲應該係風扇

Thunderball

The "si-si" noise comes from the Aux Trf (Auxiliary Transformer
of the Standby circuit).
This explains the reason why it is noisy when the PSU is plugged
  in AC power (before the PC starts up).
Suggest you
1. Go back to the Distributor to ask for replacement of the PSU.
  I cannot guarantee the replacement will not have the same problem.
2. You can continue to use this PSU. There is no major problem.
  Remember to unplug the AC Power Line (or switch off the AC Mains
  Switch) after you switch power off.

我以前都試過,應該係電容的問題,你試下係風扇位度望下睇有冇爆電容或者大肚
但speaker冇事

應該係電容既聲
如果用多排會令供電到底板電壓唔穩
只係熄剩底fan&火牛fan.其他部分會off.
