If noise is your concern, be very careful.   I'm not convinced that the all-in-one liquid cooling kits out there are all that good in terms of cooling per db...   Still trying to figure out myself.

I do believe Corsair does have a software for temp/fan speed monitoring/controlling.   Bummer is that you'll have to buy the Corsair link kit to get it though.   Antec software came w/ the kit.
