The hose.............with insulator-clad to prevent moisture/water-drop developed along it and this is a standard structure of any freezer. You want some neon light to make it look better ?

I have no idea.

Some refrigerators' compressor are very quiet and smooth when they operate.  I am not talking about those for air conditioner, but some compact refrigerators or a mini fridge for beers, vegatables.
