In Computex 2009, they showed a 15 degrees difference with U120EX on i7 full load.. but that U120EX's fan installed in a wrong direction so that may affect 2~3 degrees I think... and need to consider if they use different thermal compound

So when you are talking about the fan is "in a wrong direction", I think you are saying the fan was blowing from the rear towards the HS, right? I don't think it is appropriate to say so. The fan was installed on the back of the HS instead of the front. But can the fan be also reversed too? B4 making it clear, I don't think it is fair to say the fan is "reversed".

true, that pic can't see what direction the fan was installed. But if it blowing inwards towards the HS, then the whole flow of the air should be from rear to front... and that's weird... the worst case is that it blows outwards towards the case, then the HS is basically fanless

I think the fan was pulling air away from the HS (the fan was reversed). Coz as a demo PC, it got Dominator + airflow installed, which may block the TR fan mount and hence the fan had to be installed in the back!!

But Dominator + airflow shouldn't block the fan... anyway, no point in discussing that, we will wait for review when its available
