其實我知到好多SB-E上5G都唔係問題
只係去到4.8樓上燒機溫度太熱, 好難可以長時間行到, 好似你4.5已經去到7X度, 4.8可能已經去到8X-90度, 漠講話5G了

而家我粒U 4.5G要1.29V, 上到4.8G估計要1.37-1.39先stable到, 應該都好熱下...

higher bclk, better performance; even if the total clock is same as lower bclk x higher multiplier combination

I use ibt, it seems harsh...

No difference anymore as the on die IMC is super fast, not like back in the FSB days.

and sth also real, under the same total clock, lower multiplier (higher bclk) need less voltage and less heat production,
even just very little

I will try a CPU strap of 1.25x if I ever get some high performance RAM.  My current RAM is only rated 1866Mhz and I don't feel like OC them past rated specs, so I stick to  bclk 100 for now.
