For those with delay notifications, just sharing some steps to minimize it:

1) Settings - Notifications - Manage notification - Select app - Priority ON
2) Security - Permissions - Autostart  - Select app ON
3) Security - Data - Restrict data usage - Select app - Data/WLAN on
4) Security - Data - Data saver OFF or Deselect apps
5) Settings - Additional settings - Battery & Performance - Manage apps battery usage OFF or Deselect apps
6) Menu (left button) on home, hold app icon & pull down to "lock" app
7) Reboot phone daily, and manually start those apps to ensure they are being locked running in background

and yep i strongly believe its due to MIUI system which allowed multiple customizing/optimizing thats actually affecting all the push notifications

之前我用IFTTT, QuickPic, 小鴨之類的apps佢唔識auto start. 我照住呢個網set, 至少小鴨來電識得o係半夜自己更新database.

    小鴨我剔哂全部權限，自啟動on，神隱off，通知優先

Update 就手動，橫掂九巴都要手動update，順手者

我都有裝淘寶app，預設browser揀返chrome 就ok
