    我已前曾在網上購部G1, 部機新差電都發滾，留心睇機邊少少爆開，9成9中伏入左翻新機，拿拿林退機回水，要唔過！

Well, the reason why you are not getting the OTA update because you are rooted the vendor is not allowing your device to update I would say first unroot your device and then try updating over the OTA.
