5V 給12V 一定會出煙....都係死99.9%..

隻HDD 剩一個月保修期，就用0.x 秒去接電，電死隻HDD 電路版...無表面傷行，點都夠吾到，然後換翻修品反來...

Do yourself a massive favour. Can you upload photos to image hosting site? it would be helpful if you can scan the PCB with 400DPI (if you have not got a separate scanner then use a good camera) we need to see the part a bit better.  also, can you take a photo of the front cover of the HDD so we can see the model name... use image hosting site.  Think about how you can give the HDD the best chance is very important.

感激所有師兄的幫忙, 或者我係呢度再描述一次我死碟的經過.

我本身有兩個3.5寸外置盒, 有次我攪亂了兩隻外置盒的火牛開機, 好快便聞到濃味, 我即熄機從此便再讀唔到, 但我細心看pcb上的chips又唔見爆，所以現想換另一塊同型號pcb再換埋粒main controller 希望
讀得返.

我用相機將我新配及壞的pcb都影左幾張高清圖, 睇下有冇師兄比到建議小弟, 感激感激!

如果係比錯電壓真係99%...好大機會死埋 Controller ...
呢個情況如果粒BIOS 係分開的... 換BIOS 上好主板係好大機會有救...
但樓主粒Bios 係同 Controller 二合一. 一死Controller 就跟本冇得救

can you check if the D3 is directely connectted to D1 or D2?  if not then this Green HDD really cut cost to go green.
