my company air con. also had same situation, it was no change aft. cleaning.
afterwards, i search the case at internet, some c-hing said replace this component. it was good aft. replacement. good luck!

先諗諗洗下前面冷排
只洗表面唔夠，前面冷排既背面點洗先係問題
只噴靠壺係洗唔乾淨
我一年都結兩三次，加coil 水洗都頂到一兩個月
試過無問題都係攞出街洗啦

my co. air con. is 樂信1匹, used for over 5 years! after using the link mentioned,
it is work up to now for several months. i break down the temp. adj. switch, but cannot find the same model in tb. therefore, used this one. btw, pls check the dimension as well. thx
