The site is in russian. Just click on download file. I just install each file via recovery, but i check if the machine is fully working before installing the next update. The 900mb file is the marshmallow update (all data will be lost with this update)

I have just downloaded from the Russian site, it took about an hour for all three files. I am installing the updates now. Thanks.
