根據SSD-Z資料，我隻S70係Phison3109控制器，呢款控制器唔支援cache。
S70保五年，啱啱過保。

    s70 係用sf2281?sf2281 controller 內置 sram

    Phison3109，唔支援外置cache。
Firmware更新到S9FM02.9，直到而家仲用緊做boot disk。

No DRAM and TLC Real write speed is under well 100MB/s usually. so if alot
of write, get MLC or eMLC with DRAM.
